prunes before bed

If you’re straining on the toilet or going days without a bowel movement, forcing it isn’t the answer — your body is designed to go naturally, and when it’s not happening, there’s usually a missing signal rather than a broken system. There’s a simple bedtime habit that works with your body’s natural rhythm instead of against it. (Based on the insights of Dr. Alan Mandell)

Drink more water if things are getting plugged up.

Ease up on the LB's packing ya <deleted>e in.

Pick up Psyllium husk on Lazada that is practically free and take a table spoon everyday. Guarantee you will be regular to the day you die. It is natural and healthy. It tastes nasty but I swallow it down in 2 seconds.

Very important is to take it with a lot of fluids. Otherwise it can lead to serious life threatening blockages in your bowels.
