Usa Tourist Visa For Thai Cousin

Hi Everyone,

I'm a newbie here and am hoping I could gather some information on this topic. I have been reading many posts regarding the process (and stories) of people obtaining USA B-2 visas for their Thai wife/girlfriends/fiance.

My situation is a little different: I want to see in getting my cousin on a tourist visa to visit me and my new family. I've been googling this topic and took a look at the US govt. website, but still would like more info.

My cousin is almost 50 yrs. old, she has 2 grown children (one is married with a child, the other is finishing up high school in BKK). She is not legally married but has been with her partner for 20+ yrs. She owns property/land, has a steady job, and has a restaurant business. She is somewhat educated (vocational school) years ago, but doesn't speak English very well, nor does she have much money.

I know my explanation seems simple, but could you please give some hope into this.
