PM Surayud Chullanont announced this morning that he won't reshuffle his Cabinet "unless some Cabinet members fall dead." A few minutes later, however, he said there "could be a chance" that retiring Army Chief Gen Sonthi Bunyaratkalin will be considered for the post as a deputy premier.

........

To other Cabinet members named under the same category -- Interior Minister Aree Wong-araya and Deputy Commerce Minister Oranuj Osathanond -- said they would stay on because they had not legally broken the law. It's only an ethical question, they said.

No need for me to comment here on ethics/morals. Quoting these two people is sufficient.
