;) Conclusion :) The LSDL - (The lower Sukhumvit Darts league) is a fun League, by fun that doesn't mean to say that it's not competitive. Every Tuesday evening from 8pm in 10 different locations (Bars in the lower Sukhumvit area) Season 14 is coming to a close, season 15 is coming soon. The LSDL is over 8 years old now. I am a committee member/captain in the league. Some on the Bars' in our league have multiply dart boards, The Domino Bar on soi 11 has 3, and the Moonshine on soi 22 has 2 darts boards. The Flaming Moes Bars on soi 22 has 2 boards. All other BARS' have one dartboard and at most 2 teams per board, 4 teams per bar. Player mixture is made of Expats, Girls from bars and Thai professionals. EGAT (Energy Generating Authority of Thailand are talking about entering team next season. The Domino Bar on soi 11….. I might add has been the center of Darts in Thailand for over 20 years. They take part in the lower Sukhumvit dart league (LSDL), they also have their own separate league that's more widespread and more serious. The LSDL is looking for new teams and new venues to join and take part in season 15.

As previous posts by other members of our darts committee have been closed by the admin of thaivisa  , I took this chance to register here and get my thoughts across. Interested readers can see the last weeks' results from the LSDL and contact the league if they would like to enter a team or venue next season starting in October on <snip> ;)

lazeeboy,

See by your information on the left that you’re from Koh Samui. Have one bar from Samui on our dart bars list - Jordon's Bar Soi 5 in Maenam. If you run across any others please let me know and we will add them to our list.

Actually they were closed because of some members posting negative stuff. I have already PM'd Birksworks telling him the reason i closed the 2nd one and he agreed with me. I will leave this open for now. I will also give a warning to anyone thinking of straying off topic.

:D Ok, we understand why you closed them previously. I also understand why the links have been removed from the post. To replace that link i would like to say that anyone interested in playing darts in Thailand can drop in to any of the bars i mentioned above on soi 22 and soi 11, Sukhumvit road.

:D Our aim is not to promote these bars or any websites that we have controversially mentioned, but to raise the awareness and participation in Darts' as a sport in Thailand.

Does anyone here know of any darts bars, or bars with dart boards anywhere in Thailand? :o

Happy Darting' guys

I first started playing darts again when I came to Bangkok in 1993 for fun and from 1994 to 97 I used to play in the leagues for the Bad News Bears out of No Probl'm bar as it was then.

It was then refurbished and renamed Cats Moew after the owner Maew and I regularly played there from 2001 to 2004 in the LSDL when I went to live up country. I have made some good friends over the years there and when I am in BKK I always go there for a good evening of darts and friends.

There used to be a large number of bars in 3 or 4 leagues but for some reason it has dwindled though from the threads it lokks as though it is coming back. I really hope so.

I am in Papua New Guinea for a while and while they have a lot of dartboards here I think that they are more into spears than darts. :D:o
