Hey everyone,

In June 2005 I was visiting Koh Samui with a friend and (stupidly!) managed to fall the Na Muang waterfall (it wasn't the main fall but one a bit lower down). I realise it's been quite a while so I probably won't have much success with this but I'm looking for any media related to the incident ie. news paper articles, video clips etc. I know there was an article in the papers at the time and also on the news as I was told this by locals but so far I've only managed to find the article linked below. If anyone is able to advise me on where abouts I would find what I'm looking for it would be a massive help.

your not alone ,many people have fallen down there ,a couple of years ago a famous footballer from croatia i think died there .

starting a topic like this is in the thaivisaforum is a good way to find soon on a google search a lot of comments related to your name and your accident. and not all comments you will like but lucky you - you can read them, in other cases are it only the bereaved.

Thanks everyone for your concern and advice. I'm fully recovered now and the only thing still huting is my pride (my friends don't let me live it down!). To be honest although it's quite a dangerous places up there it was my fault, i should have been more aware and cant really blame a lack of warning signs. I've done a few google searches but I can only find that 1 article, maybe I'm not looking hard enough! Thanks again for your help.

surprised theres nothing on google ,everything else bad happens here is plastered all over the net ......

Its a serious matter,....our local river was swollen after heavy rain,....the kids were swimming and jumping of the bridge,....great fun I thought !!.......only problem was I didn't take note they were only jumping in the sides of the river ;where I (SUPERFALANG) dived right in the middle then couldnt swim back to the bridge up stream.......close shave!....lucky still to be here!
