Jersey_UK Posted September 24, 2007 Share Posted September 24, 2007 I figure if you lease the land for 30 years and if the land owner then refuses to extend for a further 30 years........then "all" you do is put the house on a truck and <deleted> off to a new bit of land.......maybe a good bargaining chip when it comes to the land owner renegotiating a lease?
