Possibly Indochine has threatened another lawsuit. It was ok for Mark Bowling to post notices which attacked Jomtien Condotel, but it is not ok for the co-owners to respond. The next step could be the deletion of the "Co-Owners sue for seaview" thread even though it has over 40,000 hits. By the way, you are not permitted to post anything that questions the moderators. That is supposed to be done privately.
