They claim to do excess baggage and household effects but they are totally inefficient and I think corrupt.

I paid for a suitcase from UK to Australia and they held it demanding more cartage AFTER I had prepaid at the shipping point. I was also charged for 'storage' of the suitcase.

Warn everyone this lot are scammers.

We used four winds. On arrival, the only thing we found to be broken was a rather nasty bowl that someone had bought us. My only complaint is the amount of packing there was, yards and yards of brown paper, bubble wrap etc. but I imagine that is why everything is in one piece
