Zen
I would like to set up a business like a job-agency or an agency to help students study in America, Australia etc. Are there any special requirements for this kind of business? Or is it the same as any other Company in Thailand?
apetley
It would help to be able to spell education properly I guess.

Prudent_rabbit
I think you will find that the American and Australian establishments (as well as other educational facilities) allready have in house people doing the role. about once every two months there is a general meeting which I believe is co-sponsored by the British Chamber of Commerce, if you check there web site, you may well find out about it. you should be looking for sub-commitees - education or something similar. In terms of recruitment you will need a license which only a Thai national can hold. Hope that helps
