Looking To Hire Qualified Lawyers

Due to expansion we have vacancies for experienced, qualified lawyers to take on the role of Foreign Legal Consultants in our Samui and Phuket Offices.

You will work with an experienced team of Thai lawyers as well as the international team of UK and US Barristers and Attorneys based in Bangkok.

The work will revolve mainly around the drafting and mangement of complex construction and development contracts as well as providing advice to foreign clients on these issues. In addition for our Phuket office an interest in Maritime and Boating Law would be an advantage as this, along with property and construction will be the main areas of focus in this office.

Full training in Thai Law will be provided, but as you cannot practise as a Lawyer in Thailand, all advice in Thai law will be given by our Licensed Thai Lawyers. You will expected to manage the clients and be the interface between the foreign clients and the local team as well as advising on UK, US or European law.

You will have a broad ranging commercial law role and you will be well versed in non-contentious legal work as well as being prepared to take on contentious litigation both here and abroad.

You will be:

1) Legally qualified (LL.B. ; JD) or similar

2) Completed Bar or Roll training (LPC, BVC or similar)

3) Admitted in your home jurisdiction as a Attorney, Solicitor, Barrister or Advocate

4) 3 years+ PQE

5) Willing to be based in Samui or Phuket
