Help My connection average speed is 19kbps

External Modem Supra Express 144i

Sometimes it's takes minutes to load and the Gateaway creates Timeout

Absolutely hopeless

TT & T phone in Sattahip

Loxinfo support never answer their e mails so folks please help

Phone line is new so not full of bird dung

I have VItal Agent and often it's says the Modem is not sending or receiving anything

Could be any number of issues. First I would try a different provider. CSLOX is pretty crap. Try changing to Pacific Internet, I've found them to be the fastest.

I have prob with cs lox before i bought internet hrs from mobile phone 200 b / 15 hrs. that was waste a lot of money then i called cs lox they checked my log in name and my pass word they were right. I had no prob with that but every time that i tried to connect they said there was no signal from my connection

they just asked me to restart my computer and try to connect again. I did it but there was nothing get better.

So, that night i went to 7-11 to buy KSC and Asia Net to check what was this prob came from. I found both KSC and Asia Net could connected so easy. No prob.

Nowaday, I use ADSL, have prob sometimes but not too much.

However, I still buy internet packages from the shop for my iMac too. Sometimes i tried to connect with cs lox but it didn't work.
