best is to make booking on the BELL minibus, bringing you to any PTYa adress direct from arrivals at airport.

it has been descrbied here several times, use SEARCH for that!

taximeter would take 4, @ say 12/1400 THB/taxi=more pp.

Walk to Limousine counter or Airport Transfer service are better go to Pattaya by taxi.

They are more expensive but also more safety than taxi meter or no meter.

You are too late to get a bus so get a taxi. About Bt1200 if pre booked from Pattaya or around Bt1500 at the airport.
