First it seemed like a rumour, now it looks like a fact: Thailand does not allow access to websites hosted by Yahoo!/Geocities anymore.

Please confirm!

Geocities and Yahoo(inlcuding yahoo mail), although affiliated, have different domains. Geocities can be blocked without yahoo mail being blocked (and blocking yahoo mail would cause a LOT of complaints).

Different ISPs have different censor settings. However, it is usually obvious when a site is censored: you are given a message saying so. To circumvent this, use an open proxy (do a search), or change to a different ISP that doesn't block the site.

geocities sucks anyway :o

if for yourself just find a more realiable hosting :D

and for visit ... so many plenty more than the loose ones on geocities ...

imho only :D
