Hi bright,

I don't know any schools or clubs but my Japanese neighbour is an EXTREMELY talented Floral Designer. As well as arranging flowers, Ikebana and doing Installation Art, she also teaches Floral Design group classes or one to one.

She is currently busy doing Christmas Wreaths and Displays etc and also has classes for these!
