When i was thinking i was going first to BKK, instead od Pattaya, i was told i could buy SIM cards and/or cheap mobile phines in MBK. But i cheb«nged my mind and i will be arriving Pattaya prior to BKK, so i«d like to know where are the best places to buy that kind of stuff.

Tuk Com on south Pattaya road next to Wat Chai market. 1st floor must have over 100 cellphone dealers, many who also sell prepaid or postpaid SIM packages. You can even take your time and browse for a number that's easily remembered.
