In europe its for long stay people who go on holidays for a couple of weeks etc..etc Obviously its not working in bkk..........and if they are not in use now they will hardly be in use in the future... Pay for 1 day.........get another day free" The real reason why they are empty is because AOT is worried that if over 30 cars a day use the car park...then cracks may start to appear.
