Featured Replies

I just spoke to a woman @ immigration in Pattaya on the phone and she said it would be, i'm a little unsure though to say the least.

Any ideas?

No reason why it should not be. Its not a public holiday.

Yeah, I don't see why it should be a public holiday. X'mas is X'mas you are here in Thailand where national religion is Buddist.

Don't get me wrong, I mean, it's all good if there's one or two more holidays added!! No harm done. But if it is not I don't see it as a big deal. TiT.

According to TV Dec. 25 is a public holiday but no mention of Dec. 24. Go figure.

Dec.25 is not a public holiday but Dec.24 has been declared a public holiday because of today's election to give voters time to commute to/from their home provinces.

opalhort

Might make a day of it and take a turkey sandwich in there.
