Qe2 To Be Sold As Hotel To Dubai!

Featured Replies

The QE2 is on its last voyage before being sold to Dubai as a floating hotel and the Land Rover and Jaguar names to be sold to the Indian TATA company.

No wonder expats want to stay (in Thailand) nothing much British left to go back for.

Another one, Akzo Nobels take over of ICI.

Yep the UK is not even a shadow of its former self, no more Bentley, Aston Martin, Jaguar, Rolls Royce etc etc we have sold them all to the Germans and Americans :D

I mean can you imagine the Germans selling off BMW, Mercedes or Porsche ? NOT IN A MILLION YEARS, even if they were running at a loss.

Seeing nothing related to Thailand in the original post, I am closing this topic.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place
