PattayaParent Posted January 14, 2008 Share Posted January 14, 2008 Heritage Hotel and Bao Son Hotel in Ha Noi. Both 3 star but about 15 minutes out of the city centre but easy to get to / from. Used to be $30/$40 but I've not stayed in them in 3 years and prices have gone up elsewhere. Also I can think of one called Galaxy I think, 3 star near the city centre but no idea of the price.
