Looking for a hotel recommendation in Hanoi, Na Trang, and Halong Bay. Something 3-4 star rating would be nice

Heritage Hotel and Bao Son Hotel in Ha Noi.

Both 3 star but about 15 minutes out of the city centre but easy to get to / from.

Used to be $30/$40 but I've not stayed in them in 3 years and prices have gone up elsewhere.

Also I can think of one called Galaxy I think, 3 star near the city centre but no idea of the price.

Can't remember the name of the big hotel in Ha Long but it was nice, and cheap too.
