Sorry to be bore #2 but in Malaysia you do which is why road tunnels in KL are almost invariably under existing roads so they don't have to buy the land off the property owners above. The point is that if you're gonna kill somebody what would it matter if they got an infection from a dirty needle... All needles are produced and packaged sterile!
