Blu-ray Movies

Could anyone provide their recommendation , from their own experiences, as to the best place to purchase Blu-ray movies in Bangkok please. Particularly looking for suppliers holding the best stock selection.

Please no discussions on the BR / HD issues.

Yep, Fortune is the place to go. I bought a new PS3 in MBK last week (50% for the Blue Ray capabilities) then spent 2 hours trying to find BR movies there...all to no avail.

Aditionally...I read this today on the bbc.com web site. I hope the PS3 is not a 'dud' regarding BR

DVD Station in Chitlom BTS Station (In the ticketed area) has probably the best selection in BKK. And can order anything u want and get it for u within a week if they dont already have it. You can order over the phone.

Also if they try sell u a Blu-Ray disk at one of the afore mentioned stalls. IT IS NOT a real blu-ray disk. Chances are the source was blu-ray and it was converted to DVD9 with the loss of audio and picture quality.

Remember a BLANK Blu-Ray disk just now is around US$20.
