Living in Thailand on a longstay visa. After having moved to a new rented condo yesterday I duly reported to Suan Plu immigration office with form TM 28 today. I was sent to the 90 day report counter. The lady there told me that I only had to report when my 90 days were over - February 28. I pointed out that this was form TM 28, not TM 47, and it says clearly to report any change of address within 24 hours. She said no, I should do it on my 90 days report.

There have been forum topics on this before, but no final word that I can find. It actually makes sense not to have the TM 28 considering that your address is always on the TM 47 form and your landlord has to report you anyway. So I will put my new address on the TM 47 next month, but should I point it out, with the possibilty of being asked for the moving date/rental contract, or not? Any advice is appreciated.

Cheers!
