Canceling Work Permit

Dear All,

Can still have my non-b visa if my company cancel my work permit.

Currently I have a 3 months visa with work permit which will be expire on 1st April.

I want to resign from the company at the end of this month.

So I have to give them back my work permit and they will cancel my visa.

After that can I still have my non-b if I don't give them my Passport.

Could you please let me know the process?

You do not lose your visa (90 day entry stamp). You can continue to stay in Thailand until April 1.

Only if you had an Immigration extension of stay would it be canceled.

Thanks for your reply.

I just got my 3 months from Lao visa run.

It would be very great if I can stay until 1st April.
