I am moving from Phuket to Chiang Mai in March with my 2 dogs and 5 cats! It is a very long road journey (about 24 hours) so another option is to fly them up there. Thai Airways were helpful but said I could only take one animal per passenger on the aircraft so they will have to go cargo. Thai Cargo want the animals early in the morning (or even the day before), cannot say what flight they will be on (I cannot book the flight) nor how long it will take to get them there. I am very worried about the state that the animals will be in on arrival in Chiang Mai. Does anyone have experience of using this service please? Liz

About 4 years ago we moved 7 dogs one day and 8 dogs two days later from BKK to CNX.

We used a shipping company to make the bookings and there was no problems.

The dogs were loaded on the next available flight, the price was very reasonable and they were unloaded and cleared quickly in Chiang Mai.

For anyone moving dogs around the country this has to be the sensible option.

A lot less stress and worry for both animal & owner.

...???

Yeah I'd be interested too as I need to ship down some pups from BKK to Phuket. Anyone have a good agent in BKK to handle this from receiving the pups and dealing with customs, to getting them on to the next plane to Phuket.
