This is a follow up to a previous post. My gf and i were talking earlier about when we go to Oz to live in March 2006. We plan to get married October 2005. But she suggested that maybe for visa reasons we should go and sign the papers before hand. Maybe a year before. Would this be better for when we apply for a spouse visa or is 5-6 months ok. By then we will have been together for 2 years and i have been living in Thailand and not another country. Any advice?
