As far as I know, there shouldn't be any difference in ride comfort at all. If you don't envisage venturing off-road, I personally can't see any point in opting for 4WD. I assume the 2WD version is cheaper so save some money at the Toyota dealer, the fuel station and the tyre shop.

Well If I spend my money that I have earned here... I can buy a bicycle, with pedals...

Nope sir, so why does it matter how I got the money? Would give it all back if I could but I cant...

I should not listen to my friends so much and start listening to my inner ear... Then I can not blame other people for my mistakes like now... (But I am not blaming anyone now... )

It matters because you will never know the true value of hard earned cash until you have sweated through 24hr shifts in severe conditions, worked an 18hr day for months/years on end to earn etc etc. Then and only then will you find out the true value of money. Cooking doesn't come into any of those categories I'm afraid.

You're talking about buying another car - you still haven't paid for the Vigo, so how is buying another one going to be an economy for you? :o

You seem to forget, I know what your little whims are like and how much they end up costing you. :D I thought you were saving up for your little jaunt across Siberia.

I take offense at the highlighted part. Anyone that has worked in the Food Service realm knows that to be successful you often do put in 18 hour shifts. Not only are the hours long, but the conditions aren't exactly the best in the world (granted, the climate isn't blustery cold, but try and work in a kitchen where the aircon/vent hoods have gone out). There's staffing concerns (read you mature college students if you're lucky; high schoolers if you're not), dealing with customers, logistical problems, etc.

On the other hand, the OP seems to be a bit of twit, so I agree with the rest.

Guess I am a twit for asking questions and posting things that other people does not agree with...

I have now sold my Vigo, so I do not have to PAY anything at all...

I am currently driving my Yaris around town and its ok...

Sure I do not know the value of the money that I got for free(ONLY LOST MY GRANDMA) and did not have to work for it.. Does that make it any less ok for me to spend the money???

What gives people the right to slag me off because I got the money and they worked for it???

Money is money and you cant bring it with you, but all the memories from what you have done might have taught you something and brought you some fun in the end...

My little trip across SIBERIA is on a permanent hold since the whole trip back home is on pause...

I am a <deleted>, twit and a bastard, sorry for asking questions and looking for advicefrom you all...

No, a twit is someone who is impulsive, asks for advice and than disregards offered advice. Unless said advice involves instant gratification.

That was a very good move. Now you won't have a gas guzzling machine. Plus you go down to a single insurance payment, a single registration, etc.

It matters to me very little where you got your money from. You do have my condolences for losing your grandmum. I still will not relent from my position that you're rather foolish for taking YOUR money and blowing it on whatever catches your current fancy and than complaining that you're in over your head.

What gives people the right to slag me off because I got the money and they worked for it???

Or brought you a world of headaches. Think about it. Since obtaining this money, what has it got you? A couple of new cars you can't afford. A seemingly shallow girlfriend. And what else? Had you thought about donating a portion of it to an orphanage in your grandmum's name? I'm sure a nice plaque could have been set up. The joy brought to those childern would have been good for your karma (**insert supernatural superspicion of choice here**), as would being able to visit that said orphanage and having a visual reminder of her assistance to you and by extension to those childern anytime you wanted it.

Guys, I don't know about you but I've had it with this chap. Normally, I'd never make personal comments; there's too much of it for no reason on this forum. But the OP strikes me as the spoilt, petulant type. Sorry, Snowflake but you brought it on yourself.

Enjoy your Fortuner.

Tosser throwing the dummy out of the pram. fuc_king obvious to sell one or both and the Vigo was the obvious choice. Now he's ranting on about his dead grandma 'cos the money wasn't earned by him and you know the daftest thing ? it wasn't even a pissed up post at say 05:23 !

Sorry about the grandma thing, ment for someone that I know...

Did I or did I not listen to the advice that was given to me??? Sell the vigo, keep the Yaris???

What am I driving now??? Yaris...

I can afford to keep all the cars that I have had, but I would like to reduce the cost pr. month by running one car instead of two. I am not poor but I have a poor teachers salary...

PS. Donations have been made in plentyfull after her wishes...
