I travel a lot and fill 64 page passports with stamps and visas in about 18 months. Due to travel I only had 7 days to get a new passport organized in BKK. I went on a wednesday, filled out the forms, was told my photo's were not clear enough ( sent new ones the same day) and was told the passport would be ready thursday a week later. Asked them to make it wednesday. No commitment but they would try. Got the new passport back last wednesday. I am impressed.

Dealings with them in the past have also been mostly pleasant and efficient, incl. the Schengen visa process for Thai nationals.
