A couple questions about operating a small resort
Hello, Me and my thai wife will open something between 8-10 rooms/bungalows. We will buy the land or the existing resort to be renovated on thai company with wife owning 51%. I have a few points that i would be grateful if i can get some input (i know i will get the answers from a lawyer but would be good to also know a bit before i get to one) 1. Go for a work permit, work on the company or just in wife personal name? I will be managing the bookings and most of the reception chores. 2, How should I go about transferring the money? The money for the land I will bank transfer into company account. The rest of the money for construction etc. will come from another person from EU (a friend) to either mine or my wife`s personal account in Thailand. Would there be any problem with this? I was thinking this way because the contractors I will use will probably not be able to bill the company for the entire amount and I would worry about how to get money out of the company for this. Any other input is highly appreciated. -

Can Americans afford vacations anymore?
Any two bit drug dealer selling dime bags of crack had a cell phone back then. I lived where there were no land lines and did business in remote locations so i had to have a cell phone. Then again i was exceptional and a part of the elite. You are retarded. -

If there was a snap US election tomorrow who would you vote for Trump or a Penguin?
Vote for the penguin all day. At least you would know he is not on the take and looking after his rich buddies. And the penguin would be 5 times more intelligent then the orange raping conman. -
