The bigger clinics can microchip. We had ours done at Chan Houn Clinic (Rajadaphisek-Suthisarn area). It takes approx. 2 weeks until you get the owner's certificate, though....

Papers: vaccination certificate, complete and NOT done on the last day before travel.

For the EU I think you also need to send in a blood sample to the destination country at least 3 months before taking the dog. However, I am not sure whether that is similar for all countries; best is to inquire. I got good information at www.petshipping.com; was recommended a firm called Gradlyn Kennels International Pet Travel Service.

The organization for registered pet shipping agents is called IPATA. Whoever is a member should be okay and trustworthy.
