Hi all,

I did build a nice house on Samui (South of Hua Thanon, near the Tiger Zoo / Aquarium), on 2 rai of beautiful coconut tree land, to live there together with my partner. Unfortunately she did get sick and passed away last year, and now I have the house, which is finished by now, but I do not want to go to Samui again, if ever possible (too many memories...)

So I need some help by a good, trustworthy real estate agent who can take care of selling the house.

Can anyone recommend one (or give a warning)? Ideally there should be a farang involved, to ease the communication.

There is a website showing some pictures, at http://www.boons.net/traumhaus/ but I do not even have pictures from inside, because I did not go there anymore.

Thanks, Kate, for the link. I did jump over that thread too quickly, i have not seen the agent mentioned there.

Also I received a PM from a very nice person living on Samui, so it looks good, I probably do not need to go there, at least not so soon.
