My partner and I just got married and the last step to making it official is going to the local Amphur. Does anyone know where and when to go in Chiang Mai. It's just south of the women's prison, about 3 or 4 blocks west of 3 kings monument. You can go during weekdays during regular business hours. Do you have all the documents you need in order?
