Eastender
I have 2 years experience of living and teaching English in Bangkok for other small private language schools. But what about doing it as my own business? Possible, advisable, complete nightmare? For me just a thought now, but what do you think?

Baaksida
Please excuse my mistakes in the topic description, due to a bottle of wine.Should be an English language school.................. Well, a Thai language school would make sense, teaching some Thais the proper pronunciation of their language... Seriously, the competition between private English language schools is tough, as for my experience. However, if the location, business idea+finances, teaching methods, staff, promotion, etc. are right you might have success. Anyway, good luck! wasana063
You have some advantages from your experience especially in supplying foreign teachers. First, you can teach by yourself. Second, you know about the curriculum for teaching at language school. It's not really hard to open a language school if you have the money and synergy to invest. Now, I'm looking for selling our language center in Chiang Mai. It's established for almost two years and is growing well now. I need to sell out my business because my partner got to go aboard, and I can't really handle it by myself. I also has my full time job to do at another office. If you are interested in our language center, you can email to me at [email protected]. Good Luck to you,
