March 19, 200818 yr While visiting the True Move website I noticed a discrepancy for the 2 Year SIM product. On the main web page you received a 50 Bath free credit, but reading the Terms and Conditions it is only 35 Bath. - 50 Bath on advertisement page http://www.truemove.com/eng/product/package/tm_sim_nsp.htm- 35 Bath in terms and conditions http://www.truemove.com/eng/product/package/tm_sim_nsp_con.htm The 1331 telephone support told me it was 50 Bath, the e-mail support claimed it was 35 Bath. Astonishingly nobody bothered correcting the "error". I wrote more e-mails and never got a response, called, was given wrong telephone numbers, support people hung up on me (because I didn't speak Thai). The only conclusion is that nobody at True Corp is bothered by false and misleading info on their web site. Or maybe it was intentional?
March 19, 200818 yr Good to see you're putting so much effort into worrying about 15 baht. Are you sure there isn't something more important to think about? I'd say forget it and move on!
March 19, 200818 yr Author In a way I agree, What's 15 Bath? But it is also a matter of principal. Is it normal that companies advertise high discounts and put smaller ones elsewhere in the fine print?Assuming this was an error, should the company not take steps to correct?Or do you think that a customer can be deceived because it's only 15 Bath?
