Bulgarian Food

Many, many years ago, my parents took me to Bulgaria for my 21st. Birthday. No direct flights in those days; we went by coach and it took three days there and three back.

Ate a superb and very tasty vegetarian dish, a little like the French Ratatouille, but tastier and served hot if I remember correctly. The local restaurant called this dish "Mishmash" but despite trying a lot of internet sites I can't find a recipe and, unfortunately I don't know what the official Bulgarian title is for this dish.

Can anybody help?
