Sd Cards

Featured Replies

When I insert an SD card into my card reader, my system generates a "what do you want to do?" pop up. The pop up options obviously don't cover what I want to do but there is no option to "bugger off, leave me alone, and stop doing this in future" button. I don't even know which software is involved. Perhaps someone could direct me to a way to shut this annoying piece of crap down.

Cheers in anticipation

Next time it happens bring up Task Manager (ctrl+alt+del) and check to see what applications are running. Maybe you can find it and ask it not to "help" you in future. On the other hand I find auto naming folders for picture files by download date a convenient way to do things so if you can't beat it, you could consider letting it have its own way...
