"What are the advantages?" inquired the prospective buyer.

"The advantage is that you can always tell which way the wind is blowing."

Reminds me of an apartment I once went to see. It was overlooking a huge wall and had absolutely no view which the agent commented on. I said 'Far better to say totally private and not overlooked!' :D Which was also true.

It's not small, it's compact and bijou!

Can 'ya tell I started my career as a salesman? :o
