Internet Banking

Featured Replies

I am interested to know who uses which server access for Internet banking :

I bank with Nationwide UK and in Buriram I had Ipstar satellite and had no problem with internet banking ie making payments etc.

But staying in Petchabun at my mates he uses tt&t and cannot make payments through on line banking, checking balances is okay and internal transfers are okay

This is a Package data problem or something like:

So the question is

1. Are you on tt&t

2. ToT ADSL

3 Ipstar (This is okay for banking)

Moved to Internet forum, perhaps they will have some answers for Mac

Can you say exactly what the problem is? I HAD a major problem on TT&T with Nationwide that was fixed by changing the TCP/IP "MTU" setting, and I read elsewhere that others have had the same problem.

I could do some functions - reading balances, internal transfers - but others, including external transfers and long internal messages, kept failing with a "web page cannot be displayed" error - a timeout problem.

I just remembered, I posted about it here:

An MTU value of 1420 is what Nationwide recommends.
