This type of shopping list will cost a little more than 8,000bht a month. Dont dispare though.

On Sio Bucow (sorry for the spelling mistake) there are many rooms for this typ of money

Also the Jomtien long stay is this type of money.

Dont worry if you have nothing lined up before you arrive there as it will only take a few days to get your self sorted.

I've done some research, and can get a 38ish SQM place in Jomtien, as it's only for weekends I don't want to be spending too much.

View Talay is expensive, for what you get. You'll be looking at the wroong end of 15,000 for a studio.

Pattaya Mail has plenty of adverts for condo's - or try the German guy Winnie. Good value (WPSV I think)

Why not come down for a weekend or two, on spec., and ask around.

(And with the high season coming you may be able to rent out by the day if you wish).
