PLJ Posted October 2, 2004 Share Posted October 2, 2004 Hi to all I will be retiring to the Hua Hin Cha Am Area in about 18 months. My intention will be to find a nice rental for about 6 mos. while trying to locate a more permanent home. I was there last year and there was considerable flooding due to unusally large rains and the need to empty some resovoirs to prevent damage to the dams. I am curious to know if this is frequent and what areas might be outside of the flood zone. I would like to confine my house hunting to dry areas if possible.
