Neeranam
I am trying to teach my daughter English. I think if I had flashcards it would help. Also been asked to do some voluntary lessons at my daughter's kindergarten, where I think they are essential. Where can I buy flashcards, I am to lazy to make them myself! The kind with simple objects in different amounts and colours. 1 big, yellow banana, 2 fat, green cats etc.

daveh
There's a bookstore in Central Ladprao on the third floor just outside of Central Department store. I can't remember the name of the bookstore, but they have a large children's section with flash cards, books, and games.

MikeWill
I am trying to teach my daughter English... Also been asked to do some voluntary lessons at my daughter's kindergarten... With reference to my post < http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=17562 >, first, I'd like to ask where is your daughter's kindergarten? And secondly, maybe you can contribute from your experience to the above mentioned discussion.

And secondly, maybe you can contribute from your experience to the above mentioned discussion. My daughter's kindy/nursery is in Isarn. I want her to learn in a Thai school until she is perhaps 5 or 6. Then a bi-lingual school. I would never send her to an International school in Bangkok as I have seen too many kids from them that have no idea of there roots, and many even deny there Thai roots.
