my wife will be going on a course to learn about shipping, can anyone recommend one through there own experiences, we are living in the pattaya area but its not a problem to go to BKK

it is a course where you learn about shipping ie: customs formalitys, bill of laden, certificate of origin, container spec, FOB = freight on board. FCL= full container load and so on there are quite a lot of things to learn, fumigation the list gos on and on

lol I feel like I've been on a 'shipping course'. Sending my goods back home to South Africa - trying to understand all the quotes and jargon has been quite an education.

The TIFFA (Thai International Freight Forwarders Association) offers such courses.

Was going to suggest that my Mrs give you a course, then realised it was shipping..not shopping..!!!
