The clock on the '90 day reporting' re-start the day you land again in LOS

Don't forget your re-entry permit

If you have a multi entry non immigrant OA visa you will not need a re-entry permit if visa is still valid. If you are on a one year extension of stay for retirement or your OA visa will not be valid on return you will have to obtain a re-entry permit to keep your permitted to stay date alive. As said next 90 day report will be counted from day of return.
