iam on a single entry non immigrant B

I entered thailand on december 12th

on march 11 i got a 1 month extension under consideration

on april 9 i got an extension of stay till march 2009

when i want to leave i need to get an re entry

How many days before i travel can get this one at suan plu?

cam i change my non immigrant single entry into a multiple entry in bangkok

or abroad?

How does the 90 dayreport fit in all this?

for example can i stayin thailand till march 2009 without the 90day reporting?

or do i have to reportevery90 day starting from the day i got my extension of stay

in this case march 11

1. You can obtain re-entry permit at any time before your leave the country. Many people get at the same time they obtain there one year extension of stay if they plan travel.

2. Your application for extension of stay was your first 90 day report (1st time only) - so you are due 90 days from then. (90 days from March 11).

3. If you exit country the next 90 day report is due 90 days after return.

Your visa has expired. It was only good for a single entry. So there is no changing it. You are now on an extension of stay. No need to change anything from single entry to multiple entry. If you want to leave the country between now and the date on your extension of stay, you need to get a re-entry permit. If you will be making 4 or more exits and entries during that period, it would work best for you to get a multiple re-entry permit for 3800 baht. If less than 4, then a single entry at 1000 baht would be cheaper.
