Bahtsold.com is a regionalised website and has quite a large 'portfolio.' Sorry not sure about registering vehicles in a different area, but whats wrong with getting a cars in Surin? I and many others have!

There's actually no more paperwork involved. Your wife has no experience in doing this so is overly cautious. You'll likely find the same pick-up in Surin for the same money as BKK. Changing reg. is not a difficult task.
