Presumably yes. First thing you need to do is make sure your computer has Bluetooth support. Assuming your running windows, the drivers and standard Bluetooth configuration tools should be loaded by default, so unless you have a hardware issue, you shouldn’t have to download anything. Check in your control panel. Do you see a Bluetooth icon? Do you see a Bluetooth icon near the clock in the bottom right of your screen (systray) (again I'm assuming you're running windows). If the answer to both of these is no, then you need to check you have the necessary hardware to support Bluetooth.

If yes, you need to locate your headset using Bluetooth discovery in order to set it up (pair with it). This is a one off operation that you should only have to do initially. If you have a Bluetooth icon in your systray right click it and select 'explore my Bluetooth places'. Search for your headset using discovery and pair with the device. Once successful, i would restart Skype if it’s already running. Then in Skype look in Tools-> Options -> Audio Setting and you should be able to select your Bluetooth headset from a dropdown.

I've tried this before and found it to be so much of a pain that I switched back to a regular headset. Hope its better for you if you get it working :o
