Featured Replies

32k for 240m2 = dirt cheap. Thats like a warehouse rent. Should really be 65k.

Anyone willing to hand out advise on finding these places??? You are more than welcome to PM me...lol. I have just about had it with the web sites.... Need to be near Silom, Australian embassy area, please help!!

same here... dunno what kind of places we're talking about in this thread... went over 2 dozens apartments in this area and even at 100-150K/month the apartments are nothing to be excited about :o Seriously PM if anything preferably on a high rise top floor comes available, up to 200k/month

It seems I am in backwards land because I see tons of cheap apartments and am still wondering why.

^If anyone wants to see what I'm tlaking about go to that site and search for apartments uner 5,000 baht (even in bangkok) Room sized tend to be small but that shouldn't be THAT big a difference, I live in a tiny place in the US and still pay 2/3 of what a more reasonably sized apartment would cost in my neck of the woods ($650 and average rents are about $800-900 in Long Beach CA)
