Pc Shop Inquiry

Featured Replies

hi guys, just want to ask which shop in pantip has a good service and cheap pc parts and how does the warranty apply?for example you can return a faulty item you purchased within a week from the date purchased and they will replace it with a new one immediatly, provided that the item didn't spoiled because of misuse.beyond the one week usually how long do you have to wait till you get the replacement?i heard of fortune town down at phraram 9 by mrt.are the price there same with pantip?

JIB are consistently the cheapest in my experience. Never had any major issues apart from a faulty DVD burner and that was replaced on the spot. Hardware House is also reliable. IT City can have a wider range on other than basic items but not always so competitive on price. All have branches at Fortune as well as just about every other IT mall in Thailand.

If there are any differences in price between Pantip and Fortune then they will be small unless one store is overstocked and wanting to clear stock. JIB and HH have websites listing prices so I doubt they have different prices for different locations unless they are running a special instore promotion. Some people will tell you everyone at Pantip is crooked so you should shop at Fortune but I've never had a problem at either location. Shopping at Pantip you also have the added bonus/annoyance of numerous people offering to sell you the sort of action movies you can't watch on television.

Have good experience with both JediCool (ground floor) and Busitek (4th floor). My last system was built by JediCool. The motherboard failed (Gigabyte) when coming home. They replaced it

without a problem. They were a little cheaper than Busitek.
