Ijustwannateach Posted December 5, 2004 Share Posted December 5, 2004 I'd just like to say that I generally have good interactions with the farang women, tourists or residents, that I've run into in Thailand- that said, I'm gay and have no ulterior motives in meeting/talking with them. Even as strangers, quite a number of them smile and talk with me spontaneously! That said, I'm also not of retirement age, and not particularly bitter in my outlook on life. Openness and smiling. Next you might even start advocating sensibility and friendliness. Too radical for some I would think. And completely impossible for me when it is the wrong time of the month.
