little dab of petrol on cotton wool works, getting glue off most things ..

i used it to get stickers off fridge and pick up ..

A hair drier_ blow drier or a hot gun will make the label as it was brand new & peal right off. Hot guns are used at Auto body shops to remove all the decal & shipment stickers to make it easy to remove.

Eucalyptus oil will harden the glue, enough for it to be chipped off, or rubbed in will remove it.

hairspray works the same way

Oz

Use isopropyl alcohol. I'm a jeweller and I take the sticky labels off items of precious metal, so I don't take any risks. Good luck.

Ditto isopropyl alcohol. Google also works. (Thai stickers don't have any special properties)

:o

I heard Tiger Balm works

LiveSteam

somewhere else somebody suggested MW40!

Some of the things mentioned here may be harmfull to plastics (lighter fluid for example). There was a product in USA called "Goo Gone" that worked great, but I'm sure not available here.

most of the above will work on most stickers, wd-40 will get any glue i've run into.

Hair drier, its even removed most of my hair ! :o

Mr Sheen (Silicone furniture spray polish) goodl for lots of labels inc. labels on books.

You can buy Goo Gone at Villa Market in Ari.

I believe I bought mine at the old Villa on Soi 8 ... not the new one by the SkyTrain.

EDIT: that's assuming you are in Bangkok ...
